Rubber (Hevea brasiliensis) plays an important role in absorbing CO₂ through photosynthesis and storing it as biomass, thereby contributing to the balance of the carbon cycle. This study aims to estimate the carbon stock of community forest of rubber plantations in Tugumulyo District, South Sumatra Province. Method usedconsist of measuring diameter at breast height (DBH) of rubber trees in age classes II, IV, and V across 24 plots. Biomass as well as carbon stock were calculated using allometric equations. Statistical analyses consist ofthe Shapiro–Wilk normality test, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression. The results showed that carbon stock increases with standage. The highest carbon stock was found in age class V, amounting to 84.5 tons/ha. The Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.932, indicating a very strong relationship between standage and carbon stock, while the regression analysis revealed a positive and significant effect.
