Announcement: Separation of OJS Platforms

Buletin Agrohorti Now Operates Two Separate Platforms for Manuscript Submission and Publication

Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Readers,

To enhance editorial efficiency and improve our services to authors, reviewers, and readers, Buletin Agrohorti has been operating two separate systems since June 25, 2026.

We kindly ask all authors, reviewers, and readers to take note of the following arrangements.

1. Manuscript Submission and Review Platform (New)

All new manuscripts must be submitted through the new submission portal, which is dedicated to managing manuscript submissions, peer review, revisions, and editorial decisions.

As this platform operates independently of the main journal website, authors are kindly requested to register a new account. Registration and login can be completed using either of the following methods:

  • Sign in with Google: Using a Google account.
  • Sign in with ORCID: Using an ORCID account.

Please note that accounts previously registered on the main Buletin Agrohorti website cannot be used to access the new submission portal. Therefore, authors must register using one of the available sign-in methods before submitting their manuscripts.

2. Publication Platform (Main Journal Website)

The main Buletin Agrohorti website will continue to serve as the official platform for publishing, archiving, and providing access to scientific articles. Manuscripts that have completed all editorial stages and received final acceptance will be published on this website. All previously published articles and journal issues will remain accessible through the main website, with their integration into existing archives and indexing services maintained. Readers can continue to access, read, and download articles through the main journal website.

Manuscripts Submitted Before June 25, 2026

The following arrangements apply to manuscripts submitted before June 25, 2026:

  • Manuscripts at the Submission Stage: Manuscripts that were still at the initial submission stage were administratively declined as part of the system migration process. Authors whose manuscripts were affected by this transition are kindly encouraged to register a new account and resubmit their manuscripts through the new submission portal (https://submission3-journal.ipb.ac.id/bulagron).

  • Manuscripts at the Review, Copyediting, and Production Stages: Manuscripts that had already entered the peer review, copyediting, or production stages before June 25, 2026, will continue to be processed through the previous OJS platform until publication. Authors do not need to resubmit their manuscripts through the new portal. They should continue using their existing accounts on the previous OJS platform to monitor manuscript progress, submit revisions when requested, and respond to editorial correspondence (https://journal.ipb.ac.id/bulagron/login/)
