Hubungan Modal dan Pertumbuhan Usaha terhadap Kinerja Keuangan UMKM Piscok Atmojo di Nanggewer

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between capital and business growth on the financial performance of Piscok SMEs in
Nanggewer. Capital, as a key element of operations, influences business success, while business growth is an important indicator
in improving profitability, liquidity and efficiency. This study used interviews with Piscok businesses in Bogor City as well as data
analysis of financial statements and operational records. The results show that a balanced capital structure between equity and
debt is able to increase profitability, while capital investment focused on business development contributes positively to expansion
and increased revenue. This study recommends more optimized capital management and investment strategies to improve SMEs'
financial performance.
