Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Minat Mahasiswa Manajemen Agribisnis Sekolah Vokasi IPB Dalam Berwirausaha

Abstract

The Indonesian government continues to strive to create labor-intensive jobs, one of which is by encouraging interest in entrepreneurship. The high unemployment rate is a serious problem for the Indonesian state. With entrepreneurship, it is hoped that the unemployment rate can be reduced and job opportunities can be opened. The Agribusiness Management Study Program has a great opportunity to actively contribute to economic development because it produces graduates who are expected to be able to become entrepreneurs. This research aims to conduct an analysis of the factors that influence interest in entrepreneurship among active students of the Agribusiness Management Study Program, IPB Vocational School. Data collection will be carried out by distributing surveys to respondents via Google Form. Analysis of survey data will be analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and multiple linear regression. There are six variables to analyze the factors that influence students' interest in entrepreneurship. These factors are family environment, campus environment, prestige (self-esteem), social media, availability of capital and income expectations. The results obtained were that family environmental factors, campus environmental factors, capital influence factors, and income expectation factors had a real and significant effect on student interest, while self-esteem (prestige) factors and social media influence factors did not have a significant effect on Agribusiness Management students' interest in entrepreneurship
