This study aims to analyze the influence of fintech payment, consumer behavior, and family environment on the financial management behavior of Generation Z in Jepara Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach using a field research method. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 85 respondents aged 17–27 years who resided in Jepara Regency, had income, and had used fintech payment services. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, as well as hypothesis testing with SmartPLS. The results showed that fintech payment had no significant effect on financial management behavior. In contrast, consumer behavior had a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior. Likewise, the family environment also had a positive and significant influence on financial management behavior. These findings indicate that consumer behavior and family environment are dominant factors in shaping Generation Z’s financial management behavior, while the use of fintech payment does not directly influence financial management behavior. This study concludes that the family environment plays an important role in fostering financial literacy and shaping responsible financial management behavior among Generation Z. In addition, consumer behavior encourages Generation Z to become more aware of the importance of managing personal finances in maintaining financial stability.
