A quantitative approach was employed in this study. Primary data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 160 Generation Z respondents aged 17–28 years. The respondents were selected using purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence have positive and significant effects on the intention to use fintech payment services. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.642 indicates that these variables explain 64.2 percent of the variance in users' intention, while the remaining 35.8 percent is influenced by other factors outside the model. Effort expectancy was found to be the most influential factor affecting Generation Z's intention to use fintech payment services.
