The application of inorganic fertilizers in shallot cultivation has an impact on soil degradation, so an alternative such as organic fertilizers is essential for more environmentally friendly fertilizers. This study aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) concentration from rabbit urine and NPK fertilizer dosage, as well as their combination, on the growth and yield of shallots. The research was conducted from March 2023 to August 2023 in Banjarsari Wetan Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency. The design used was a Complete Randomized Block Design with 2 factors and 3 replications with 12 treatment combinations. The first factor was the concentration of rabbit urine LOF with 4 levels, namely 0 mL L-1, 100 mL L-1, 150 mL L-1, and 200 mL L-1. The second factor is NPK fertilizer dosage consisting of 3 levels of 200, 150, and 100 kg Ha-1. The results showed that the application of LOF 200 mL L-1 could increase the number of leaves 5 weeks after planting and 7 weeks after planting; leaf area 7 weeks after planting; and plant fresh weight at 5 weeks after planting. The recommended dose of NPK fertilizer (200 kg Ha-1) increased the number of leaves 5 weeks dan 7 weeks; and leaf area 7 weeks. The combination of 100 mL L-1 rabbit urine LOF concentration and 200 kg Ha-1 NPK fertilizer can increase the number of tubers and tuber fresh weight.
