The aim was to study growth and flowering response of Aster ericoides to PGPR application and NPK fertilizers Experiment method used a split plot design with main plot was PGPR concentration namely no PGPR, 10 ml L-1 PGPR, and 20 ml L-1 PGPR and the sub-plots was the NPK fertilizerdose namely without NPK, 50% NPK 75% NPK and 100% NPK. Plant growth parameters included plant height and number of branches. Yield parameters included number of flowers, root dry weight, and total plant dry weight. Data were analyzed by F test at the 5% of significance level. PGPR with a concentration of 20 ml L-1 without NPK gave maximum growth effect on number of branches, number of flowers, dry weight of roots, and total dry weight compared to aster fertilized with 100% NPK. Dry weight increased by 54% and number of flowers up to 2905 buds stalk-1 while plants without PGPR treatment with 100% NPK did not get flowering with 100% NPK did not flower until 12 weeks after planting. Application of PGPR with 20 ml L-1 NPK 50% showed an increase in the number of flowers reached up 22.57% compared to PGPR treatment of 20 ml L-1 without NPK.
