The sectoral approach is believed to be able to grow the regional economy to achieve comparative and competitive advantages. The agricultural sector is one of the main contributors to the GRDP value in almost all regions of Indonesia. Way Jepara Sub-district depends on the results of the agricultural sector. Based on the RPJMD document, Way Jepara District has 4 (four) superior agricultural commodities. The research objective is to identify superior commodities in order to encourage economic growth in Way Jepara. The data collected is secondary data in the form of commodity production results in 2017-2022. Analysis techniques used Location Quotient, Shift Share and SWOT in strategy formulation. Researchers found that there are three products that are included in the superior classification, namely rice, cocoa and cassava. Development strategies that need to be carried out are improving infrastructure; improving the quality of human resources; and strengthening institutions.
Angelina Laksmiati Rachma Purnaditya Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Regional and Rural Development Planning (Jurnal Perencanaan Pembangunan Wilayah dan Perdesaan) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-07-11 2024-07-11 8 2 96 103 10.29244/jp2wd.2024.8.2.96-103 Analisis Bencana Longsor akibat Gempa bumi Cianjur 2022 dengan DInSAR https://journal.ipb.ac.id/index.php/p2wd/article/view/45354
Indonesia is a country with a high potential for disasters such as earthquakes, which usually cause changes in the shape/position of the earth's surface (deformation). The Cianjur area has a seismic vulnerability level value based on maximum ground acceleration, maximum intensity and earthquake return period. On Monday, November 21, 2022 at 13.21 WIB there was an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 M in the Cianjur area of West Java based on BMKG data, until November 22, 2022 there were 140 aftershocks with magnitudes of 1.2-4.2 and an average depth of approximately 10 km. As a result, causing subsidence, the purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of subsidence in landslides due to the 2022 Cianjur earthquake using the DInSAR method. Vertical land subsidence (displacement data) due to the earthquake from DInSAR observations on displacement data, which ranged up to -101mm vertically with two soil types andosol and cambisol Overlay analysis of soil type and displacement data showed the highest area of displacement, found a match based on information circulating that Cugenang Sub-district is the most severely affected area (the existence of a new fault "Cugenang").
Brenda Arham Adi Wibowo Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Regional and Rural Development Planning (Jurnal Perencanaan Pembangunan Wilayah dan Perdesaan) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-07-11 2024-07-11 8 2 104 115 10.29244/jp2wd.2024.8.2.104-115 Pengaruh Kelerengan terhadap Perkembangan Lahan Terbangun di Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten https://journal.ipb.ac.id/index.php/p2wd/article/view/55136
The flow of urbanization is unstoppable as the population grows, which is followed by an increase in the need for built-up land such as housing, commercial centers, public services, industry. Meanwhile, each land has different characteristics to support these human activities. In land suitability studies, the slope is an important factor and is always involved. This study aims to determine the influence of slope on the development of built-up land in Serang Regency, as one of the areas with a high population growth rate and a variety of regional morphologies. Land cover/land use change analysis was used to determine the spatial distribution of additional built-up land in the period 2019-2023 and 2023-2031. 87% of the additional built-up land in 2019-2023 is located in areas with slopes of 2-15%. Then based on the Serang Regency Regional Spatial Plan 2011-2031, as much as 84% of the additional built-up land is in areas with slopes of 2-15%. This shows that the slope aspect has had a significant influence on the development of Serang Regency, where more than 80% of the additional built-up land has been located in zones that are safe from land slide.
Rakyan Paksi Nagara Adi Wibowo Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Regional and Rural Development Planning (Jurnal Perencanaan Pembangunan Wilayah dan Perdesaan) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-07-11 2024-07-11 8 2 116 131 10.29244/jp2wd.2024.8.2.116-131 Evaluasi Green Building Berdasarkan Greenship pada Bangunan Gedung RSUD Grati Pasuruan https://journal.ipb.ac.id/index.php/p2wd/article/view/51510
This research conducted focused on the Grati Hospital Building, which is an effort to mitigate global warming by evaluating the building in terms of green building principles. This is because the building is newly constructed and located in an industrial area with a dense population, making it suitable for a case study. The aim is to evaluate the RSUD Grati Hospital building based on the Green Building concept by applying Greenship assessment simulations. This research is classified as quantitative research, focusing on direct observational methods with reference to the Greenship Rating Tools, specifically version 1.2 for newly constructed buildings. The simulation results of the evaluation conducted on the RSUD Grati Hospital building are as follows: (1) Land Use Efficiency scores 7 points, (2) Energy Efficiency and Conservation scores 8 points, (3) Water Conservation scores 10 points, (4) Material Resources and Cycle scores 8 points, (5) Indoor Health and Comfort scores 6 points, (6) Building Environmental Management scores 4 points. Based on the points obtained, the overall rating is Bronze, with a score of 43 points or 42.57%, ranking fourth out of four ranks available, thus qualifying the building as a green building. The distinctive feature of the RSUD Grati Hospital building in implementing green building principles lies in its electricity and water conservation efforts, as reflected in the Energy Efficiency and Water Conservation categories.
Qurrotus Shofiyah Virman Syahada Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Regional and Rural Development Planning (Jurnal Perencanaan Pembangunan Wilayah dan Perdesaan) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-07-11 2024-07-11 8 2 132 145 10.29244/jp2wd.2024.8.2.132-145 Analisis Fungsi Taman-Taman Kota di Kota Bogor Berdasarkan Persepsi Masyarakat https://journal.ipb.ac.id/index.php/p2wd/article/view/48493
The availability of city parks is an important thing in spatial planning. This is regulated in the Ministerial Regulation (Permen) of Public Works (PU) Number 05/PRT/M/2008. Referring to this policy, the number of city parks in Bogor City has met the minimum requirements. However, more than quantity is needed if it is balanced with good quality city parks. This research aims to identify the quality of city park functions in Bogor City based on public perceptions. This research is descriptive with an inductive analysis method. Data was collected from part of the population using a random sampling method. Based on the analysis of the four functions of parks in Bogor City, they are running relatively well. Ecologically, city parks in Bogor, on average, have a good function as noise reducers, oxygen producers, windbreaks, and rain catchment areas. Regarding social and cultural functions, city parks in Bogor City have various assessments. People give a good assessment of the function of city parks as a means of social interaction, recreation, and play. Economically, city parks in the city of Bogor are considered by the community to be a sufficient space for economic interaction. However, no source of products produced from these city parks can have economic value. Aesthetically, city parks in Bogor City have a good average score for their function as supporting the city's beauty, increasing comfort, and forming factors of architectural beauty. It is hoped that the findings from this research can become a basis for improving the arrangement and management of city parks in Bogor City.
Satria Astiandi Ulul Hidayah Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Regional and Rural Development Planning (Jurnal Perencanaan Pembangunan Wilayah dan Perdesaan) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-07-11 2024-07-11 8 2 146 160 10.29244/jp2wd.2024.8.2.146-160 Can Subaltern Exist? Reinterpreting the Issue of Subalternity (Case Study of Blimbingsari Village - Jembrana Regency and Pegayaman Village - Buleleng Regency) https://journal.ipb.ac.id/index.php/p2wd/article/view/50012
The objective of this study is to further elucidate a significant inquiry posed by Gayatri Spivak, namely, the ability of the subaltern to articulate their voice. This inquiry's significance arises within the context of social interactions, where there are discernible patterns of social dominance. Is it possible for a social group to survive without the active participation and expression of its members? This study aims to investigate how a village can persist within a social, cultural, and political framework that actively conceals its presence. The aforementioned pressure is commonly acknowledged as an inherently social phenomenon, indicating the presence of a mechanism of social hegemony. The hegemonic process is enacted through the implementation of village norms, particularly about customary villages (desa adat). The majority of villages in Bali adhere to a dual system of governance, consisting of office villages (desa dinas) and customary villages desa adat. Nevertheless, it is worth noting that the focus of this research lies solely on two specific villages, both of which adhere to a single type of governance known as the official village. The two villages under consideration are Blimbingsari in the Jembrana district and Pegayaman in Bali's Buleleng district. Both communities remain independent settlements in Bali to this day. Nevertheless, the dynamics and obstacles that exist are not straightforward. This research tries to listen to the voices of the subaltern and classifies them into four main issues, namely: 1) cultural politics; 2) political economy; 3) Ideology; 4) Conscientization. Through these four issues, an understanding of how these two villages continue to exist amid existing social harmonization is obtained.
Victorius Hamel Dewa Ketut Suryawan Nyoman Sumawidayani Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Regional and Rural Development Planning (Jurnal Perencanaan Pembangunan Wilayah dan Perdesaan) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2024-07-11 2024-07-11 8 2 161 171 10.29244/jp2wd.2024.8.2.161-171
