The problem that was used as the object of the research is the lack of implementation of good organizational culture towards employees, resulting in decreased employee motivation at work, and compensation that is not appropriate. This research aims to anaylze the job satisfaction factors of Bukit Hambalang Villa employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is a quantitative method with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The assessment system used in this research is a Likert scale. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 80 employees of Bukit Hambalang Villa. The sampling technique in this research used saturated sampling. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Strategi Diversifikasi dan Pengembangan Portofolio Bisnis Pada Perusahaan Milik Negara PT. Hutama Karya

This research aims to analyse the business diversification strategy of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) and its subsidiaries, explain their business operations, and explore growth potential. This research tries to identify the company's internal and external environmental factors after business diversification, conduct an analysis of the corporate position and portfolio of business units and subsidiaries, and formulate a new business diversification strategy concept. This research method is descriptive qualitative with the data used in the research including primary data collected through interviews and questionnaires, as well as secondary data such as company financial reports, industry performance reports, and industry attractiveness. PT Hutama Karya's business diversification includes expansion into various business divisions, including Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT), Non-Toll Road Business Entity (Non-BUJT), and the establishment of subsidiaries such as Hutama Karya Infrastruktur (HKI), HAKAAston, HK Realtindo, Hutama Marga Waskita (HAMAWAS), and EPC Energy Singapore Ltd. The main supporting factors for this diversification are the continued economic growth and government support in infrastructure development. The company's internal strengths are the application of technology and adaptation to changes in the construction industry, they also face challenges such as cashflow issues, global economic uncertainty, and changes in political direction. The SWOT analysis shows that the company is in the "Grow and Build" quadrant and needs to pursue aggressive business diversification. The results of the GE Nine Cell Matrix analysis show a diverse position for the company's business units, with some as "Leaders" and others needing to be managed carefully or even divested.The managerial implications of this study are the need for business ecosystem development and business portfolio diversification, technology development across businesses to support competitive advantage, and the creation of new opportunities after the completion of the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road project.

In readiness to implement banking strategies in the face of challenges and opportunities in the era of banking 4.0, infrastructure development is needed, one of which is the role of human resources, which is an asset in realizing the continuity of performance and improving the banking business that is expected to continue to progress and develop. This research is a case study conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach through in-depth interview methods to 7 experts who are experts in the field of banking experts and using questionnaires to 25 employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia in the Jakarta Thamrin Area in the DKI Jakarta Capital Region. The results of the IFE analysis obtained a total score of 2.78 with the strength factor is Bank Syariah Indonesia as a market leader in the Islamic banking industry and the weakness factor is that Islamic banking literacy for employees is still low and the results of the EFE analysis, a total score of 3.22 with the highest opportunity focus is the improvement of e-learning platforms that can improve employee training and the biggest threat is rapid technological changes that require new skills. The total score of internal and external strategic factors falls in the growth and development growth and build quadrant, quadrant I and the results of priority strategies are strategies for identifying employee needs and competencies, strategies for increasing literacy in Islamic banking and digital knowledge and strategies for using digital technology and innovation

Evaluasi Kebijakan Cycle Count Inventory Menggunakan Metode Cycle Counting

PT ABC is a 3PL (Third Party Logistics) company that provides outsourcing logistics services to companies or individuals to carry out one or more functions within the supply chain. One of the activities of supply chain management in the X retail warehouse PT ABC is the inventory section for cycle counting activities. Cycle counting is a process of validating the accuracy of inventory continuously on a daily or weekly or monthly or annual basis, so that each item owned can be counted several times in one year. Problems that occurred at warehouse X PT ABC is the frequent discrepancy between the amount of physical stock and the stock in the inventory division system (discrepancy) in warehouse X PT A B C. The cycle counting method is based on the category of speed in and out of an item. There are four categories, namely goods that have a high speed in and out of the warehouse in the fast-moving category, goods that have a low speed in and out of the warehouse in the slow-moving category, goods that have a very low speed in and out of the warehouse in the non-moving category, and goods that have a very low speed in and out of the warehouse zero warehouses in the potential dead stock category. The aim of this research is to evaluate cycle counting activities at warehouse X PT ABC with a stratified sampling method taking into account the level of accuracy, frequency of inventory calculations, and number of samples per frequency. Calculation results using the cycle counting method at warehouse X PT ABC has a high level of accuracy, namely 98.83 with a cycle frequency of 200 times and the number of samplings per frequency of 22583 items.

Strategy Design for Vendor Held Stock with Consignment Model to Gain Competitive Advantage

Vendor Held Stock is a supply chain optimization strategy commonly adopted for oil and gas commodities and renewable energy. Vendor Held Stock is developing the Vendor Managed Inventory concept on the Consignment Model, where vendors provide additional storage and inventory management services, procurement, and delivery. PT IMC is a company operating in the field of energy supply, implementing Vendor Held Stock scheme with a Consignment Arrangement. This study aims to design a priority strategy for optimizing the Vendor Held Stock scheme to increase the company's added value in its market expansion efforts. Interviews and questionnaires were conducted on divisions directly involved in the High-Speed Diesel Bio Solar distribution operations, such as the Operations and Commercial Division and the Cargo Distribution Center Division. Strategy design is carried out by identifying the company's internal and external environment by analyzing Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, preceded by the Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix, the External Factor Evaluation Matrix, and the External Internal Matrix. Priority strategy is determined using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix. The strategy with the highest Total Attractiveness Score was chosen as a proportionality strategy where "Changing the status from an Agent to a General Trading Permit to get more competitive price" obtained the highest total attractiveness score with a score of 7,2478. Focusing on the strategy is expected to increase company competitiveness globally

Pembuatan Produk Prototype Roda Gigi Menggunakan 3D Printing

Saat ini proses pengembangan produk yang berkembang sangat pesat adalah 3D Printing. Teknologi 3D Printingjuga digunakan untuk pembuatan produk. Teknologi 3D Printing mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi dari segi material dan waktu proses misalnya pembuatan suku cadang mesin produksi pada proses maintenance (pemeliharaan). Sebelumnya proses maintenance berlangsung lama (> 4 hari) karena menunggu pembuatan sampel suku cadang roda gigi. Dari permasalahan tersebut tujuan penelitian ini membuat produk prototype roda gigi yang berkualitas baik dan waktu proses yang cepat dengan menentukan parameter yang ideal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yaitu mekanisme langkah – langkah mengembangan produk (Research and Development). MDLC terdiri dari 3 tahapan. Pada tahap 1 yaitu pembuatan konsep (concept) dan Perancangan (design). Pada tahap 2 yaitu pengumpulan bahan dan pembuatan produk. Pada tahap 3 yaitu testing dan distribution. Penelitian ini akan 2 percobaan pencetakan produk menggunakan 3D Printingd engan variasi parameter fill density dan layer height. Ukuran prototype mendekati ukuran desain yaitu diameter 60 x 9,8 mm. Pembuatan prototype gear dengan parameter fill density (densitas isi) 60% dan layer height 0,1 mm menciptakan kekuatan yang lebih sehingga tidak pecah. Hasil yang didapatkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen yang membutuhkan model roda gigi untuk bahan analisis. Disisi lain dengan layer height 0,1 proses pencetakan membutuhkan waktu 228 menit sehingga pembuatan produk lebih cepat dibandingkan sebelumnya 4 hari dan konsumen dapat melakukan perbaikan kerusakan mesin lebih cepat dengan sampel prototype ini. Prototype yang dibuat lebih singkat dengan material PLA tentunya mampu menurunkan biaya produksi sehingga lebih ekonomis.

Platform Manajemen Bisnis dengan Memanfaatkan Chatbot sebagai Virtual Business Assistant Berbasis Omnichannel di Desa Wisata Cimindi

Desa Wisata Cimindi is one of the continuously growing tourist destinations in the current digital era. However, the management of businesses in the village still faces various challenges, particularly in providing efficient services to tourists. In order to enhance the tourists' experience and operational efficiency, this research proposes the implementation of a Virtual Business Assistant (VBA) through an omnichannel-based chatbot application. This study explores the potential of chatbot applications to improve interactions and services for tourists visiting Cimindi Tourist Village. The chatbot application is designed to operate across various communication channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram), including automated text messaging and live chat. The VBA will be capable of providing information about tourist attractions, food recommendations, event schedules, and assistance to visitors. The research methods used in this study include qualitative methods, and the system development method utilized is Extreme Programming. The source of information is the head of BUMDesa Alkautsar Cimindi. Testing conducted in this research is of the Blackbox type. The results of this research demonstrate that the application functions effectively and is expected to provide valuable insights for tourism managers, entrepreneurs, and information technology researchers interested in integrating chatbot technology in the context of rural tourism.

Strategi Peningkatan Pemasaran Produk Ayam Organik Berkah Chicken

Berkah Chicken merupakan produsen ayam organik yang berpusat di Kuningan, Jawa Barat. Adanya persaingan produk sejenis dan kurangnya promosi pemasaran menyebabkan penjualan masih belum maksimal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman bagi Berkah Chicken, (2) Merumuskan strategi alternatif berdasarkan matriks IE gambaran posisi perusahaan, dan (3) Merekomendasikan strategi alternatif yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pemasaran Berkah Chicken. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian menggunakan matriks IE dan SWOT untuk merumuskan strategi alternatif, serta QSPM untuk menentukan urutan prioritas strategi alternatif. Didapatkan faktor kekuatan utamanya produk bersertifikasi halal dan organik dengan memiliki peluang memperluas kerjasama dan produk ayam banyak diminati masyarakat. Hasil dari matriks IE menunjukkan ayam organik Berkah Chicken berada pada sel 4 dengan strategi Grow and Build, yaitu berada di posisi yang cukup baik dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan produk dan peluang yang ada. Analisis SWOT menghasilkan sembilan strategi alternatif dan strategi alternatif prioritas utamanya adalah memperluas kerja sama dengan restoran dan supermarket dari skor TAS sebesar 6,512.
