MANAJEMEN IKM: Jurnal Manajemen Pengembangan Industri Kecil Menengah https://journal.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jurnalmpi <p style="text-align: justify;">Manajemen IKM (P-ISSN <a href="https://portal.issn.org/resource/issn/2085-8418">2085-8418</a>; E-ISSN <a href="https://portal.issn.org/resource/issn/2622-9250">2622-9250</a>) merupakan Jurnal Pengembangan Manajemen Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Pengembangan Industri Kecil Menengah (MPI) Sekolah Pascasarjana IPB sejak September 2006, memuat kegiatan dunia usaha kecil menengah (UKM), khususnya IKM beserta instansi yang terkait seperti perbankan, departemen teknis dan usaha swasta besar dan petani/nelayan. Manajemen IKM terbit setiap 6 bulan sekali (Februari dan September) dan ditujukan sebagai wadah untuk mengkomunikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dari kajian tugas akhir mahasiswa MPI, khususnya yang terkait dengan pembinaan dan pengembangan IKM. Namun demikian, tulisan yang diterima Manajemen IKM terbuka bagi berbagai kalangan yang memiliki ketertarikan dalam pembinaan dan pengembangan IKM, baik itu peneliti, penyuluh, maupun pengusaha. Dengan diterbitkannya jurnal ini, maka kedepannya diharapkan lebih dipahami potensi, kendala dan pengembangan IKM melalui pendekatan holistik dan sinergi yang dilihat dari faktor-faktor ekonomi, manajerial dan faktor-faktor lainnya seperti kemitraan. Perintisan jurnal sebagai berkala ilmiah berwawasan nasional dimulai sejak Februari 2006 dengan nama Jurnal MPI dengan No. ISSN 1907-3127 yang memuat 9 judul artikel pada setiap edisi. Mulai terbitan edisi September 2009, judulnya dirubah menjadi Jurnal Manajemen IKM dengan No. ISSN 2085-8418 dan E-ISSN 2622-9250. Increasing KUR distribution has the potential to increase the risk of financing problems, so it is important to mitigate this. This research aims to (1) analyze the influence of internal audit on GCG, (2) the influence of GCG on risk management, (3) the influence of internal audit on risk management, (4) the influence of GCG on KUR distribution, (5) the influence of internal audit on distribution KUR and (6) the influence of risk management on KUR distribution. The sample for this research was 121 respondents who worked at PT. BSI Central Java Region, taken using a multistage-random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online, then analyzed using descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS using the SmartPLS application. The challenges of climate change will affect the upstream agricultural industry, necessitating farmers to digitally transform their operations to enhance productivity. Digital-based agricultural applications have been introduced by several technology service developers to farmers, but their adoption rates are still relatively low. One common model used to study the acceptance and use of technology is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The UTAUT model has not been widely applied in Indonesia, specifically among smallholder farmers with specific characteristics. This research aims to analyze the factors influencing the intention and behavior of smallholder farmers to adopt and use digital agricultural application technology using the UTAUT model. The research was conducted from March to April 2024 in the agricultural hub region of Tuban Regency, with 124 smallholder farmers as respondents, using purposive sampling technique. This research utilized a descriptive data analysis method based on cross-tabulation with an SEM-PLS approach. The findings indicate that performance expectations, effort expectations, and facilitation conditions collectively influence the behavior of using digital agricultural applications through farmers' behavioral intentions. Differences in age levels were found to moderate the relationship among variables. The decrease in this number was caused by mergers, consolidations, acquisitions, integrations and conversions in the context of forming a resilient national banking industry structure. To ensure a stable banking sector, these banks must be evaluated through a Risk-based Bank Rating. When the 2008 global crisis economic shock and the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, the banking intermediary function was disrupted. In these conditions, the financial performance of banks also experienced a decline. This study aimed to assess the bank rating and resilience of banks in 2008-2020, forecast the bank rating and resilience of banks in Indonesia in 2021-2030 and analyze the effect of bank rating on bank resilience. This study used secondary data, that is a annual financial reports published by the Financial Services Authority. The data was analysed by ARIMA and panel data regression. The results showed that the bank rating and resilience of commercial banks declined during the economic shocks of the 2008 global crisis and the 2020 Covid pandemic. It is predicted that the resilience of commercial banks will increase in 2021-2030. Earnings as measured by ROA had a positive effect on bank resilience. Credit risk (NPL) had a negative effect on resilience, while liquidity risk (LDR) showed a positive effect on the resilience of commercial banks in Indonesia. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is one of the Islamic financial institutions that provides financing through the People's Business Credit (KUR) program but with a portfolio still below conventional banks so a strategy is needed to increase the value of the KUR portfolio at PT BSI, Tbk. The research methodology uses a qualitative and quantitative mixed-method approach. The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the current condition of MSMEs receiving KUR from PT BSI, Tbk, Bekasi Area, (2) to analyze the KUR portfolio of PT BSI, Tbk Bekasi Area, and (3) to develop a strategy to increase the KUR portfolio of PT BSI, Tbk Bekasi Area. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from selected respondents directly through questionnaires, interviews, and Focus Group Discussion. Secondary data is obtained from literature studies and BI internal and external data. The analysis used in this research is descriptive/situational analysis to explain existing phenomena and conditions and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study uses 211 customer data as a population. For analysis purposes, this study took a sample of 10% of the customer population. Sampling and research were taken in the Bekasi area because (1) The researcher's office is in the Bekasi area, (2) Based on the results of KEMENKOP data, the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Bekasi area is suitable for research, (3) Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Bekasi city can represent each KUR distribution segment. The aims of the study were (1) to analyze the real conditions of SMEs customers of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk (BSI) during and after the Covid-19 pandemic; (2) to determine the SMEs recovery strategy after the Covid-19 pandemic for customers of BSI; and (3) to formulate the SMEs recovery strategy after the Covid-19 pandemic for customers of BSI. The study was conducted on customers of BSI Regional Jakarta 1. The research period from July to December 2023. The analysis methods used descriptive analysis, Business Impact Analysis, SWOT analysis, and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Results showed shifts in risk among SMEs from 2020 to 2023, with agriculture being low-risk and transportation high-risk. SWOT analysis provided alternative strategies namely (1) enhancing digital financing financing services; (2) offering technology-based business training and mentoring programs; (3) enhancing financial literacy through tech-based education; and (4) providing inclusive Financing Relaxation Programs. Warung BAZNAS was formed in 2019 as a basic food business with 50 stalls. The objectives of this research are: 1. Identify the number of BAZNAS stalls that are still operating and those that are not operating (closed). 2. Identify what percentage of Warung BAZNAS are munfiq. 3. Analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Warung BAZNAS. 4. Develop a Warung BAZNAS strategy. Data obtained using the Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) Matrix and Porter's Five Forces. The research results show that: 1. BAZNAS stalls, which originally numbered 50, now only 33 are still operating. 2. The number of BAZNAS stalls that become munfiq in 2021-2023 is 32 stalls or 64%. 3. Warung BAZNAS is in quadrant V, including companies that are resistant and maintain. The focus of this organization is breakthroughs in markets and product development (David <em>et al</em> 2011). 4. Currently PT XYZ is receiving support from the government through a business incubatror institution, in the form of coaching to increase sales value supported by facilities and access to technology.&nbsp; The objectives of this study are (1) to identify internal and external factors that affect business development; (2) to analyze the business feasibility of PT XYZ; (3) to determine priority strategies for business development. The methods used in this research are SWOT analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process. While business feasibility uses the calculation method of Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Break Even Points. Internal factors that become strengths are always innovative to new products that are in demand by the market, while weaknesses are complicated recording of expenses and income. Salah satunya Provinsi Lampung yang terkenal dengan produksi kopinya, Provinsi Lampung mampu menghasilkan 294.440 ribu ton kopi. Produksi kopi yang melimpah ini diikuti dengan semakin meningkatnya minat masyarakat untuk menikmati kopi. Perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat perkotaan yang cenderung mengikuti zaman atau tren. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) menganalisis karakteristik konsumen <em>coffee shop </em>di Bandar Lampung, (2) menganalisis Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Terhadap Atribut produk <em>coffee shop </em>di Bandar Lampung (3) Menganalisis Tingkat Kepentingan <em>Coffee Shop</em> di Bandar Lampung. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel dengan metode penarikan sample yang dipilih yaitu <em>Purpossive Sampling, </em>yaitu sampel yang dipilih untuk penelitian ini, ada tiga usaha <em>Coffee Shop </em>di Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil dari penelitian ini Hasil analisis karakteristik responden <em>Coffee Shop </em>Bandar Lampung didapatkan bahwa konsumen yang paling banyak berkunjung yaitu responden yang berdomisili di Bandar Lampung, berjenis kelamin laki-laki, dengan rata-rata umur 17-25 tahun. Kebanyakan responden memiliki status pendidikan dan pekerjaan sebagai mahasiswa dengan pendapatan rata-rata per bulan yaitu Rp1.000.000-Rp3.000.000. Berdasarkan hasil analisis CSI menunjukkan nilai tingkat kepuasan konsumen di <em>Coffee Shop </em>adalah sebesar 89,32% masuk kedalam kategori sangat puas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis <em>Importance Perfomnace Analysis</em> (IPA) atribut yang harus di perbaiki yaitu atribut pada kuadran I (harga, aroma, desain) dikarenakan konsumen merasa penting akan tetapi tidak mendapatkan sesuai yang diinginkan.
