Abstract

The landform was known as the land unit with specific phases or taxon depending on the mapping system. The aim of the research was to characterize the difference between several soil properties along a landform. It was hypothesized that the soil position in a landform showed different properties.  The data was analyzed quantitatively by a descriptive technique including the mean variation, standard deviation and coefficient of variant continued with the analysis of variance using the Least Significance Different (LSD). The results showed that the soil properties, particularly the soil permeability has a significant differences according to their slope sequence position in a particular landform.
