Abstract

Introduction. the research aims is to map reports, theses and dissertations of IPB students, especially sago commodities from the aspects of cultivation, processing, economy and technology. This study is expected to provide important and accurate information regarding sago commodities, so that sustainable research can be carried out optimally.

Research methods. Descriptive quantitative method is used. The research data is taken from the research results of IPB students in the form of theses, theses, and dissertations published until 2021 which are obtained from the repository.ipb.ac.id.

Results and Discussion. The results of mapping the fields of science in 271 research titles show that, biotechnology 116 titles (82.80%). Processing 80 titles (29.52%). Cultivation 56 titles (20.66%). Economics, and conservation 13 titles (4.78%), and 6 titles (2.26%).

Conclusion. VosViewer results on keywords: sago starch has a relationship strength level of 117 occurrences 43 times. Sago 101 occurrences 23 times. Sago starch sago 62 occurrences 16 times. Sago dregs 52 occurrences 15 times; analog rice 38 occurrences 9 times. VosViewer results on supervisors: Djoefrie, Muhammad Hasjim Bintoro, and Sunarti, Titi Candra showed an occurrence rate of 57 times with 37 links, and 34 times with 29 links
