This approach focuses on the search for meaning in work amidst the increasing complexity of work, especially in the port services industry, which is one of the vital sectors in the national economy. Previous studies have proven that meaningful work could strengthen employees' emotional attachment and optimizing job satisfaction. This research aims to explore the meaningfulness of work and its association with affective commitment level in the port service industry employee. It utilizes quantitative methods to quantify 45 employees through self-administered work meaningful scale and affective commitment scale then were analyzed using descriptive statistics. This research findings indicate a significant positive correlation between the meaningfulness of work and affective commitment among employees in the port services industry. Further analysis reports that majority of employees have a high and very high level of work meaningfulness which proved to be comparable to the level of affective commitment. By tending to use Green products, it has had a positive impact on the environment. In everyday use of Green tumblers as an effort to reduce the use of single-use bottles, can be said to have Green behavior. This research aims to find out how Green a person's behavior is seen from the use of a Green tumbler and whether there are differences between levels of Green and demographic factors including age, gender, highest level of education, and monthly income. This research was conducted on people in Semarang City who often use Green tumblers in their daily lives. The sample in this study was taken using the snowball sampling method and obtained 60 respondents. Snowball sampling was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Green tumbler users and through references from friends, relatives, and family. Data were analyzed using descriptive techniques to describe Green behavior based on respondents' perceptions. Then a Chi-Square test was carried out using IBM SPSS statistics 25. The results showed that most respondents belonged to the Greenest class, indicating a high level of Green behavior, with gender as the only demographic factor that showed a significant difference in the use of Green tumblers.</em></p> Yulius Adam Saputra, M.Y. Stocks in the technology sector were excellent stocks because the trading volume increased by up to 7.3 times during the pandemic. The Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) was a model to see the expected rate of return and aimed to assist investors in making investment decisions. CAPM used beta (β) to measure the sensitivity a stock or portfolio is to market movements. Beta indicates the tendency of an asset's return to react to fluctuations in the overall market. This study aimed to look at differences in technology sector stocks in the period before and during the pandemic using the CAPM method and paired t-test. The research using a purposive sampling method. A quantitative descriptive method was used in this study and used secondary data in the form of financial statements of technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of the study, seven stocks had an average negative return before the pandemic and positive returns during the pandemic. There was one efficient stock in the pre-pandemic period and six inefficient shares, and seven shares were classified as efficient shares during the pandemic. This research investigates how part-time students in Bandar Lampung work, with particular attention to work-related stress, time management, and motivation. This study used quantitative methodologies, and 85 samples of part-time student workers in Bandar Lampung were used to gather data using questionnaires. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data from the questionnaire. The background is to establish an appropriate mechanism for planning CSR programs and demonstrate accountability to internal stakeholders. The study also utilizes an AHP Online System provided by BPMSG to generate objective results. In-depth thematic analysis of interviews reveals a strong integration of CSR into Pertamina ITJ’s business strategy, focusing on community development, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement. The qualitative analysis identifies themes related to the implementation of green buildings in CSR, the importance of program management, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The AHP results indicate that continuous improvement and innovation in CSR programs are prioritized, along with community development and empowerment. Effective management, risk management, and impact measurement are also emphasized, demonstrating the company's commitment to systematic oversight and continuous improvement. The study concludes that Pertamina ITJ's CSR strategy effectively combines systematic management, risk mitigation, and ethical responsibility. The form of programme implementation is the use of coal combustion waste to make products such as bricks and paving blocks. The products are used in the construction of livable houses, village road casting and soil stabilisation in several areas of Pacitan Regency, East Java. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by examining the social and economic impacts on local communities through six stages of Social Return on Investment (SROI) analysis. The measured social benefits were greater than the investment with a ratio of 2.4:1. This means that for every IDR 1 invested, IDR 2.4 benefits were realised.
