Financial performance is tested using four financial indicators, namely liquidity ratio, solvency, profitability and activity. Data were analyzed by applying the paired sample t-test for data that was considered normal and while data was considered not normally distributed using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test. Data is collected with documentation. Data comes from secondary data. The data type uses documentary. The research sample consisted of 11 non-financial companies that carried out mergers and acquisitions in the 2016-2020 period and were listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling technique was used in sampling. The time interval chosen in this research is </em><em>three</em><em> years before the merger or acquisition and </em><em>three</em><em> years after the merger or acquisition. The results released by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) explain that tourism management needs to optimize the role of technology. However, many tourism managers have not implemented technology, including the management of publication content. Limited knowledge, lack of HR competency, and financial conditions are obstacles that arise. On the other hand, tourism managers who implement technology also face problems. The creativity of publication content and the ability to evaluate strategies are additional problems. This study aims to investigate the management of publication content in high-achieving tourist villages. This study uses a qualitative method through an interpretive perspective. Several high-achieving tourist villages in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Central Java were selected as objects in this research. Qualitative analysis using the Miles Huberman method was used in this study. The results of the study explain that tourist villages can attract tourist visits through the creativity of publication content. This study produces findings on publication content management, including the need for the role of internal managers, the ability to choose themes and content ideas, the intensity of posts, the use of appropriate social media, and improving HR capabilities. Pertamina Port Logistics https://journal.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jmo/article/view/62136 <p style="text-align: justify;"><em>This study examines the impact of rebranding strategy and corporate image on service quality and customer satisfaction for pilotage and towage services in the Cilacap waters managed by PT. Pertamina Port Logistics. The primary objective of this research is to analyze how rebranding strategy and corporate image affect service quality and customer satisfaction, as well as the role of service quality as a mediator in these relationships. Using a quantitative design with a causal approach, data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with ship crews, as well as from secondary sources provided by the company. The sample consisted of 180 individuals from a population of 325, selected using Purposive Sampling and Simple Random Sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling and helped by smart PLS aplication to model the causal relationships between variables. The findings indicate that both rebranding strategy and corporate image have a positive and significant effect on service quality and customer satisfaction, with corporate image having the greatest impact. Additionally, service quality acts as a significant mediator in the relationship between rebranding strategy and corporate image with customer satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing corporate image and implementing effective rebranding strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction at PT. Pertamina Port Logistics.
