Factors that influence nutritional status vulnerability in adolescents are increased nutritional needs, special nutritional needs, and changes in adolescent lifestyle and eating behavior. One type of inappropriate eating behavior is emotional eating. Based on previous research, emotional eating is more common in women than men. This research aimed to determine the relationship between emotional eating and the nutritional status of female adolescents at SMAN 26 Jakarta. This study used a cross-sectional design with a population of female students at SMAN 26 Jakarta. The sample for this research was 94 subjects using the purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate tests, including the chi-square test. The data obtained shows that 70.2% and 66% of subjects had normal nutritional status based on IMT/U and abdominal circumference and 58.5% of subjects experienced moderate emotional eating. The results of this study showed that there was no relationship between emotional eating and nutritional status based on IMT/U or abdominal circumference (p 0.667 and 0.498).

2024-03-31T23:31:13+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Ilmu Gizi dan Dietetikhttps://journal.ipb.ac.id/index.php/jgizidietetik/article/view/51434Hubungan Penyakit Asam Urat dan Rata-Rata Jarak Jalan Kaki terhadap Penyakit Hipertensi yang Diderita Istri di Desa Babakan, Kecamatan Dramaga, Kabupaten Bogor2024-04-05T09:46:32+07:00Marini Putrimariniputri123marini@apps.ipb.ac.idDadang Sukandarlpkbiner@yahoo.comKeni Tyradh Megahandayanikenityradh@apps.ipb.ac.id
This study aims to analyze the relationship between gout and the average distance walked per day on wives' hypertension in Babakan Village, Dramaga District, Bogor Regency. High blood pressure can affect the health of older adults. The study aims to analyze the relationship between food consumption patterns, nutritional status, insomnia, and blood pressure in the elderly and the differences between older men and older women based on the variables studied. The cross-sectional study was conducted on 96 elderly subjects with a mean age of men aged 69.6±5.7 years and women aged 66.4±5.4 years. Data collection used anthropometric measurements, blood pressure, and food consumption pattern interviews. The majority of blood pressure in the elderly is stage I hypertension in elderly men with a rate of 29.2% and stage II hypertension in elderly women with a rate of 41.7%. Most elderly men and women have normal nutritional status. Sugar, sodium, and fat intake in the elderly tend to be normal. Meanwhile, macronutrient and micronutrient adequacy levels tend to be lower than recommended dietary allowances. The results of the difference test showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups of men and women in the variables of education level and sugar consumption of the subjects (p<0.05). The aim of the research is to analyze the factors causing the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 12–24 months in Karya Mulya Village in 2023. The type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The research was conducted in April 2023 with a sample size of 52 mothers of toddlers aged 12–24 months using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires, Maternal Child Health books, and body length measurements. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with the Fisher Exact Test. The results of univariate analysis showed that 9 toddlers (17.3%) experienced stunting, 21 toddlers (40.4%) did not give exclusive breast milk at the age of 0–6 months, 27 toddlers (51.9%) gave MP-ASI incorrectly. The Fisher Exact Test results found that there was no relationship between complete immunization and the incidence of stunting (p-value=1.000), there was a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting (p-value=0.002), there was a relationship between giving MP-ASI and the incidence of stunting (p-value=0.025).
