Jurnal Ekologi Manusa (JEM) is a scientific journal that publishes research results published since 2024 by the Faculty of Human Ecology, IPB University and published twice a year, namely June and November. The Journal of Human Ecology is published in electronic form which contains articles that can contribute to the development of scientific foundations, education, research and service in the field of human ecology in Indonesia. The scope of this journal is divided into 3 scientific fields, namely:

Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts will go through a peer review process and are expected to meet academic standards. Manuscripts that have gone through the peer-review process will be decided by the Editor to be accepted or rejected, and their identity will be kept confidential by the author.
The eligibility of manuscripts for publication in the Journal of Human Ecology (JEM) is assessed by bestarial partners and the JEM Editorial Board. All review processes are conducted in a double-blind review. The Editor-in-Chief handles all correspondence with the authors and makes the final decision whether the manuscript is recommended for acceptance, rejection, or should be returned to the authors for revision.
Publication Frequency
The Journal of Human Ecology (JEM) is published twice a year in June and November.
