Abstract

Conditions of Cisangkuy watershed has degraded shown by more frequent flood incident in rainy season and drought in dry season. Several sub-district in Bandung district experienced annuals floods. In 2013, two meter high floods caused Baleendah Regency to be isolated. Land use change in Cisangkuy watershed is one of the cause of decline hydrological conditions. Increase of populations in Cisangkuy watershed lead to increase of water demand. Landuse change and populations increase may threat raw water availability in Cisangkuy watershed. The purpose of this research were to analyze balance of supply and demand water of Cisangkuy watershed and to analyze landuse change impact on the Cisangkuy watershed hydrological response.  Water availability of Cisangkuy watershed   by average debit 2015 showed the amount of available water up to 343,121,970 m3. Total water availability up to 11,104 629,178 m3 in 2015. Based on this results, there are water deficits up to 10,498,001,277 m3 year-1.
