KUALITAS AIR SUNGAI CILIWUNG DITINJAU DARI PARAMETER MINYAK DAN LEMAK

Abstract

ABSTRAK
Sungai Ciliwung dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai kegiatan seperti sumber baku air minum, industri, perikanan dan pertanian. Pengambilan contoh dilakukan pada 10 stasiun, yaitu Cisarua Bogor, Gadog Bogor, Kedung Halang dan Kelapa Dua (Srengseng Sawah), Kalibata, Kampung Melayu, Manggarai, Guntur, Jl.Kyai Haji Mas Masyur dan Jl. Teluk Gong. Hasil yang diperoleh dibandingkan dengan baku mutu menurut SK Gub Jabar No. 38 Tahun 1991 dan SK Gub DKI Jakarta No. 582 Tahun 1995, diuji secara statistik dengan melihat keeratan hubungan antara parameter organik (COD) dan minyak-lemak pada seluruh stasiun dengan menggunakan regresi linier. Kandungan minyak dan lemak di Sungai Ciliwung berkisar antara 0 – 9.04 mg/l, di stasiun 3-10 dan telah melampaui baku mutu. Nilai R2 = 0.66 menunjukkan keeratan minyak dan lemak dengan COD serta rasio BOD/ COD 0.45 menandakan limbah tersebut bersifat persisten.

ABSTRACT
The Ciliwung River is utilized for many activities such as drinking water resources, industry, fishery and agriculture. The samples was collected at 10 stations, i.e., Cisarua Bogor, Gadog Bogor, Kedung Halang and Kelapa Dua (Srengseng Sawah), Kalibata, Kampung Melayu, Manggarai, Guntur, Jl. Kyai Haji Mas Masyur and Jl. Teluk Gong. The water quality of Ciliwung River was compared to standard water quality, referring to Governoor of West Java Decree No. 38 of 1991 and Governoor of Jakarta Decree No. 582 of 1995. The statistic test using linier regression is to describe the relationships between organic parameter (COD) and oil-grease parameters at all stations. The concentration of oil and grease in Ciliwung River range from 0 – 9.04 mg/l, at stations 3 to 10. Those values seemed to be higher than standard water quality. The R2 value = 0.66 showed the relationships between oil-grease and COD. The average ratio of BOD/COD 0.45, meaning that characteristic of waste water is persistent.
