Mangrove forests have various benefits both economically and ecological The excessive uses of mangrove for only fulfilling human needs without replanting will endanger the ecosystem. Deforestation of mangrove forests into aquaculture ponds relates to many factors, both internal and extemal aspects of the aqua culturists. Survey research method was conducted at Jayamukti  Village. The research shows that majority of the respondents completed primary education. Even though the level education of aqua culturists is low, the knowledge about the benefits of mangrove is already known, specifically about conservation and fish nursery. From statistical analysis, it can be analyzed that knowledge about the benefits of mangroves positively correlates to respondents' formal education and their experiences about mangrove. Mangroves conservation has a positive correlation with experience about mangroves and local group membership. In addition, response about mangrove rehabilitation rela:as with local aqua culturists membership, formal education and the experiences about mangrove. In order to achieve better aqua culturists behavior in managing mangrove, formal education system. group knowledge in mangrove conservation activity should be improved well.

Fisheries development aim to increase earnings and prosperity socialize fishermen with remain to take care of sustainable of fish resources. One of pre-eminent commodity in territorial water of Pamekasan is anchovy. Anchovy catching in this region is done to use payang. Information about certainty of expense of investment and sum up advantage obtained in exploiting of anchovy resources with do not disregard its sustainability not yet been made available, so that needed by study of bio-technique and financial.

Actual effort and catch in 2004 each equal to 199,410 trips and 3,603,000 kilograms. Effort and catch at MSY condition each equal to 239.003 trips per year and 3,787,384.94 kilograms per year. Exploiting level in 2004 pursuant to MSY condition has reached number 95.13%.

Mean investment of payang fishing unit equal to Rp30,570,000.00. Mean total cost released by Rp43,700,691.67, mean total revenue equal to Rp65,120,000.00, so that the fisherman mean profit equal to Rp21 ,419,308.33. RIC value is 1.49, payback period 1.43 year. NPV of during age of business activity of equal to Rp83,281 ,066.94, net B/C is 3.72, and IRR is 81.75%. With increase of price of solar diesel fuel, hence result of analysis sensitivity obtained by NPV of equal to Rp60,584,350.07, B/C of equal to 2.48 and IRR of equal to 65.29%. Pursuant to conducted analysis, hence the effort of fishing unit payang can be continued, but need of existence control from Department of Fishery and Marine Affair in clear licensing and arrangement hit effort conducted by fishery perpetrator (fishermen).

Indonesia is a tropical country that has high variety of mangrove. Of 15.9 thousand ha world mangrove forest total area, the 3.7 thousand ha, or 24% of it is located in Indonesia. The aims of the research are: 1) to identify both the potential and the types of utilization of mangrove ecosystem carried out by the local society; 2) to analyze the economic value of the mangrove ecosystem; and (3) to analyze the alternatives of strategic utilization for mangrove ecosystem .. The number of respondents is 138 deriving from Fishery Household (RTP) and non-RTP. The data were then analyzed by using consumer surplus, household model, Total Economic Value (TEV), and Multi Criteria AnalysiS (MCA). The results show that the biggest utility is the one of crabs that reaches Rp19, 770,799.11, with the surplus consumer of Rp17,664,744,08. The highest optimum profit from the crab utilization amountsto Rp12,883,900.00 for 11 (eleven) fishery households; while the lowest profit is obtained from the utilization of prawn pond with Rp3,165,590.70. The biggest proportion is from the indirect utilization' with a percentage of 83.71% with a value of Rp1,039,474,428.00 per year. Furthermore, the Total Economic Value of the mangrove forest ecosystem in 8arru District covering 6.23 ha of mangrove forest and 127.60 ha for ponds amounts to Rp1,241 ,763,891.75. The utilization altematives put as priorities, based on the balance between indicators for both efficiency criteria and ecology criteria, between the efficiency and equity criteria, not only in the level of real interest rate of 4.·12% but also at the real interest rate of 3.55% are as follows: firstly, utilization alternative V (100% mangrove forest and 0% ponds); secondly, utilization altemative IV (8.73 ha mangrove forest and 0 ha shrimp monoculture pond, 104.05 ha mallet monoculture pond, and 21.00 ha poly-culture). Nevertheless, the utilization alternative III, II, and I cannot be given as choices in this management since their analysis values show that they are not efficient.

Tourism of such maritime in the form of activity addressed to wide society exploitedly is environmental service of coastal area and go out to sea. Development of coastal area for recreation these days tend to increase, others the tourism also to support local economics .. Kalianda Resort own some facility which complete enough as a(n) area tourism therefore draw to conduct research hit model of request recreation of maritime tourism in Kalianda Resort with model of travel cost. Traveling expense of mean reckoned from a transportation; released by each; every visitor from same zona. Visitor coming from outside Provinsi Lampung more opting generally to stay with consanquinity, friend, or the cheaper lodging in Bandar Lampung, so that some visitor coming from outside Provinsi Lampung to conduct dot of departure from 'Bandar Lampung. Traveling expense of mean which its amount at least that is from zona of Metro and traveling expense of biggest mean is from zona Serang. Demand curve depicted to follow constant elasticity model with price elasticity value equal to 2,4759, meaning all changes in traveling expense equal to 1%, hence mount tourist visit will change equal to 2,4759%. Relation of between traveling expense mean ( P) with visit storey (0) from its correlation coefficient that is 0,79. The correlation coefficient value express that relation! Which enough sliver between P by 0, negative value from correlation coefficient show adversative direction meaning if traveling expense ( P) mount hence mount visit ( 0) will be downhill, conversely. Result from analysiS SWOT can be depicted in diagram analysis SWOT. From calculation result got the ordinate and abscissa dot (0,152;0,259) which lay in kuadran 1. position kuadran 1 representing situation that very beneficial, where organizer Kalianda Resort own strength and opportunity which can be exploited better. Correct strategy for this condition is support aggresive development policy.
